Moving Info Objects to Different Folders

Prerequisites

You have authorization to move info objects to another folder.

You are in the Info Object List of a folder.

Procedure

  1. Select one or more info objects.

  2. Choose Start of the navigation pathUtilities Next navigation step  Move to FolderEnd of the navigation path.

The Find Folder dialog box appears, in which you can enter following search criteria, for example:

  • Title

  • Technical Name

  • Person responsible

  1. Enter suitable values and choose Execute.

  2. The list of folders found appears.

  3. Select a folder and choose Continue.

A system confirmation message is output.

Result

The info objects are moved to the selected folder.
