USR02 – Logon Data

This function replicates the data from the ERP system and lists different types of users in the Accounts Receivable process that can be utilized to determine user types.

The function defines the following fields:

• Client: You use this field to specify a self-contained commercial, organizational and technical unit within an SAP system.

• Username: You use this field to specify the identification used to access SAP.

• User Type: You use this field to specify whether a user is a dialog user, system user, communication user, service user or reference user.
