KNA1 – Customer Master Data

This function replicates the customer master data from the ERP system and allows for it to be utilized as a data source for downstream functions.

The function defines the following fields:

• Client: You use this field to specify a self-contained commercial, organizational and technical unit within an SAP system.

• Customer Number: You use this field to specify a unique identification number for a customer.

• Country/Region: You use this field to specify country or region of the customer.

• Customer Name: You use this field to specify the customer description.

• City: You use this field to specify the city of the customer.
