Reporting

In this section, you define additional query functions to enable execution users to conveniently review results.

In the process, these reviews and reporting activities are run after the Process Mining calculation is executed:

  • Most Common Variants

    This report ranks the variants (specific sequence of activities) according to their frequency of occurrence. For each variant, the system displays the number of cases, total value, average activity duration (days) and duration (days).

  • Automation Trend

    This report shows the percentage of activities that are automated. This is best presented as a 100% column or bar chart.

  • Automation Trend [Side-by-Side Simulation]

    This report shows the percentage of activities that are automated. It is used for simulation purposes and is best presented as a 100% column or bar chart.

  • Process Compliance

    This report shows the percentage of activities that are compliant. This is best presented as a 100% column or bar chart.

  • Process Compliance [Side-by-Side Simulation]

    This report shows the percentage of activities that are compliant. It is used for simulation purposes and is best presented as a 100% column or bar chart.

  • Right First Time

    This report shows the percentage of activities that are performed right the first time. This is best presented as a 100% column or bar chart.

  • Happy Path Rate

    This report shows the percentage of cases that follow the happy path. This is best presented as a 100% column or bar chart.

  • Order Processing Performance

    This report shows the overall order process performance in different ranges of order process time when customer payments were received. This is best presented as a data grid.

  • Throughput Days of Case

    This report shows the total throughput days of case during each period. This is best presented as a column or bar chart.

  • Throughput Days of Case [Side-by-Side Simulation]

    This report shows the total throughput days of case during each period. It is used for simulation purposes and is best presented as a column or bar chart.

  • Order to Cash Results

    This report shows the results of Process Mining for the Order to Cash module. This is best presented as a data grid.

  • Order to Cash Results [Side-by-Side Simulation]

    This report shows the results of Process Mining for the Order to Cash module. It is used for simulation purposes and is best presented as a data grid.

Procedure

Follow the steps below to see the available fields of the Query functions listed above:

  1. Expand the Reporting node in the navigation structure on the left-hand side of the screen.

  2. Choose the function that you want to open.

  3. Choose the Sheet Definition tab on the right-hand side of the screen.

  4. In the Columns and Rows sections, you can find all fields that are preconfigured for the selected report.

  5. In the Free section, the system displays all free fields that are also available for this report.
