This Calculation function calculates the number of employees for the year based on their relieving date.

Create Employment Indicators

This Calculation function calculates several employment indicators from the employee data. The function calculates the following indicators:

• Number of employees per age group

• Number of employees in management by gender

• Pay ratio of women to men by job level

• Percentage of persons with a disability

• Number of new hires in a particular year

• Employee turnover in a particular year

• Number of employees on parental leave

• Percentage of absenteeism

• Annual total compensation ratio

Aggregate Employment Indicators

This Join function aggregates the indicators data calculated in the Create Employment Indicators function by year, controlling area, company code, location, and other fields specific to each indicator.

Prepare Employee and Worked Hours Data

This Join function calculates the total number of employees in a year and their corresponding worked hours based on their joining and relieving date. This data serves as input for the Calculate Health and Safety Indicators function.

Calculate Health and Safety Indicators

This Derivation function calculates and maps several health and safety indicators. The indicators are as follows:

• Rate of fatalities as a result of work-related injury

• Rate of high consequence work-related injuries

• Rate of recordable work-related injuries

• Total recordable incident rate

• Health and safety training hours

Combine Social Indicators

This Join function joins the employment indicators and the health and safety indicators together to form the social indicators.
