Reporting

In this section, you define additional query functions to enable execution users to conveniently review results.

The system carries out the review and reporting activities after the corporate planning and budgeting final calculation is executed:

• Sensitivity Analysis

  This Query function is used to provide read data access to the granular results. The Sensitivity Analysis includes results from the matrix with Revenue Change and CAGR function.

• Cash Flow Report

  This Query function provides information about cash flow and all belonging items.

• Projected Profit and Loss Statement

  This Query function is used to provide read data access to the granular results presented as P&L. The Projected Profit and Loss Statement includes results from the executable function Calculate Variance.

• Production Planning Report

  This Query function is used to provide read data access to the granular projected results related to production. The Production Planning Report includes results from the executable function Calculate Variance.

• Marketing Costs Planning Report

  This Query function is used to provide read data access to the granular projected results related to marketing expenses. The Marketing Costs Planning Report includes final results from the executable function Calculate Variance.

• Latest Estimates Report

  This Query function is used to provide read data access to the granular projected results related to latest estimates values.

• Variance Calculation Report

  This Query function is used to provide information about planned values, actual values as well as values of calculated variances. Presented Variance Calculation Report includes final results from the Calculate Variance executable function.

• Variance Calculation Report [What-If Simulation]

  This Query function is used to provide information about planned values, actual values as well as values of calculated variances, and it is used for what-if simulation. Presented Variance Calculation Report [What-if Simulation] includes final results from the Calculate Variance executable function.

• Variance in Material and Labor Costs

  This Query function contains information about variances that occur in material and labor costs. Presented Variance in Material and Labor Costs includes results from the Calculate Variance executable function.

• Planned Customer Profitability with Variances

  This Query function provides information about customer profitability and also variances comparing planned and actual profitability. Presented Planned Customer Profitability with Variances includes results from the Calculate Variance executable function.

• Net Present Value

  This Query function provides information about present value of the future cash flows.

• Balance Sheet

  This Query function provides information about balances in projected Balance Sheet report.
