Commercial Real Estate Data

This Model Table function is used to provide information about the commercial real estate assets used for investment.

The function defines the following fields:

  • Instrument: You use this field as a unique identifier for the investment asset.

  • Fiscal Year: You use this field to specify the year for accounting purposes.

  • Real Estate Category: You use this field to specify the real estate category. In this sample content, focus is set on the commercial real estate category.

  • Type of Real Estate: You use this field to specify the type of real estate. The types covered in this sample content include corporate offices, hotels, retail facilities and warehouses.

  • City: You use this field to specify the place where the company is located.

  • Performance Subindicator: You use this field to specify the performance subindicator. Here, focus is set on the next subindicators: revenues, market value of real estate, water, electricity and heating consumption.

  • Attribute: You use this field to specify the amount of consumption of different indicators, such as revenues, market value of real estate, water, electrical and heating consumption.

  • Attribute Unit: You use this field to specify the unit of different types of consumption.

  • LEED Certification: You use this field to specify the level at which these assets are being certified, based on the LEED certification.

  • Issuer/Investee Company: You use this field to specify the name of an investee company that owns a certain asset.

  • Latitude: You use this field to specify the north-south position of a point on the Earth's surface.

  • Longitude: You use this field to specify the east-west position of a point on the Earth's surface.

  • Area [m2]: You use this field to specify the area of the real estate in square meters.
