Reporting

In this section, you define additional query functions to enable execution users to review results.

Once the Telecommunication Profitability and Cost Management calculation has been completed, the following review and reporting activities can be run:

• Service Category Profitability by Regions

  This Query function is used to provide read data access to the main results.

• Channel Profitability

  This Query function is used to provide read data access to the profit and loss results.

• Net Profit Margin per Product and Scenario [%]

  This Query function is used to provide read data access to the results of Telecommunication Profitability and Cost Management at product and service level.

  Field Amount [TC] is shown at product and service level, categorized by posting dates. The net profit margin (in percentages) is calculated using a formula and shown in the report.

  The display option Show Result Rows is set to “No” for every field in the report.

• Cost Breakdown

  This Query function is used to provide read data access to the profit and loss results.

• Activity Results

  This Query function is used to provide read data access to the main results.

• Resource Utilization

  This Query function is used to provide read data access to the main results.

• Value Flow

  This Query function is used to provide read data access to the main results. It is intended to be used as representation of Value Flow, from resources to activities and to products and services in the end.

• Review Results – Simulation Scenario

  This Query function is used to provide read data access to the main results.

• Review Results – Baseline Scenario

  This Query function is used to provide read data access to the main results.

• Subscription Profitability per Period and Service Category

  This Query function is used to provide profitability on subscription level.

• Marketing Costs Allocation Value Flow

  This Query function is used to provide read data access to the results of Telecommunication Profitability and Cost Management at product and service level.

• Marketing Costs per Product and Service

  This Query function is used to provide read data access to the results of Telecommunication Profitability and Cost Management at product and service level.

• Profit per Service Category for Alternative Marketing Scenario

  This Query function is used to provide read data access to the results of Telecommunication Profitability and Cost Management at service category level.

• Profit per Service Category for Alternative Marketing Scenario – Simulation
