Automatic Transactions

This function lists all combinations of automatic transactions in the O2C process and allows for it to be utilized to determine the automation rate.

The function defines the following fields:

• User Type: You use this field to specify whether a user is a dialog user, system user, communication user, service user or reference user.

• Transaction Code: You use this field to specify the entry point to access a business process in SAP.

• Automation Flag: You use this field to specify whether a transaction code is automatic or manual.

• Automation ID: You use this field to specify a unique identifier for automatic transactions.
