Vehicles Consumption Inventory

This Model Table represents the vehicles consumption inventory data. It provides information about the company-owned vehicles, their usage and fuel consumption.

The function defines the following fields:

  • Fiscal Year: You use this field to specify the year for accounting purposes.

  • Company Code: You use this field to specify the company which financial data is taken into consideration. This field can have different values since Value Chain Sustainability Management can be executed at controlling area level, which spans multiple companies and legal entities.

  • Country/Region of Entity: You use this field to specify the alpha-2 country code of the country/region where the company is located. In this table, the field is affiliated with the Cost Center field.

  • Cost Center: You use this field to specify the lowest granularity in a company or legal entity where costs are pooled and controlled.

  • Department: You use this field to specify the department within a company. In this table, the field is affiliated with the Cost Center field.

  • City: You use this field to specify the city where the company is located. In this table, the field is affiliated with the Cost Center field.

  • Posting Date: You use this field to specify the date on which the transaction is executed in the accounting software in SAP S/4HANA.

  • Posting Period [Month]: You use this field to specify the span of time covered by a set of financial statements. It can be a code for either one month or for a certain longer period.

  • Controlling Area: You use this field to specify the level of reporting that the company leverages. It divides its controlling areas as in SAP system or financial systems.

  • Effect/Emission Area: You use this field to specify a consumption or effect area to which a consumption type or effect can be attributed.

  • Object Type: You use this field to specify a group of objects that share similar characteristics.

  • Object: You use this field to specify the object of business area associated with any sustainability matters.

  • Quantity: You use this field to specify the quantity of an activity which the consumption refers to.

  • Unit: You use this field to specify the measurement unit for a certain value field. In this table, the field is affiliated with the Quantity field.

  • Consumption Measure: You use this field to specify a measure type in which the consumption is calculated.

  • Consumption: You use this field to specify the number of consumed resources.

  • Unit of Consumption: You use this field to specify the unit to measure the consumption.

  • Scenario: You use this field to specify the scenario of business assumptions.

  • Status: You use this field to specify the origin of the input data.
