Emission Factors for Materials

This Model Table function represents carbon emission factors for different types of materials. It provides a factor which specifies the number of kilograms of CO₂ equivalents emitted during manufacturing of one unit of a material.

It defines the following fields:

• Data Year: You use this field to specify the year of the data entry.

• Material Number: You use this field to specify a unique identifier for materials.

• Material Unit of Measure: You use this field to specify the unit to measure the material quantity.

• Partner Country/Region: You use this field to specify the country or region where the business partner is located.

• Vendor: You use this field to specify a unique identifier for suppliers.

• Emission Factor: You use this field to specify a factor to quantify the intensity of an emission.

• Unit of Emission Factor: You use this field to specify the corresponding unit to the emission factor.
