BUT000 – BP: General Data I

This function replicates the general data from the ERP system and allows for it to be utilized as a data source for downstream functions.

The function defines the following fields:

• Client: You use this field to specify a self-contained commercial, organizational and technical unit within an SAP system.

• Business Partner Number: You use this field to specify a unique identification number for a business partner.

• Business Partner Category: You use this field to specify a category under which a business partner is classified.

• Business Partner: Contact Permission: You use this field to specify whether the customer can be contacted or not.

• Indicator: Not Released: You use this field to specify whether a business partner has been released for business processes.

• Created by: You use this field to specify the name or ID number of user who created the data record.

• Creation Date: You use this field to specify the date on which the user created the data record.

• Creation Time: You use this field to specify the time at which the user created the data record.

• Changed by: You use this field to specify the name or ID number of user who last made changes.

• Change Date: You use this field to specify the date when the last change was made.

• Change Time: You use this field to specify the time when the last change was made.
