Creating Sites for New Users
Use
For every groupware user that you want to synchronize with the personal contact directory you need to create a site that uses the Groupware Adapter 02 (sBDoc) site type.
Prerequisites
The user must have a valid e-mail address that is entered for the user in SAP CRM user management in the group Communication (address-dependent communication).
Procedure

In SAP CRM, call the transaction SMOEAC (SAP Easy Access screen: ).

Create a site for the new user using the site type Groupware Adapter 02 (sBDoc).

Select the employee on the Employee tab page.

Assign further necessary subscriptions that are based on the replication objects CAPGEN_OBJECT_WRITE or CONGEN_OBJECT_WRITE to this site

Save your entries.
If you assign a subscription to a site using the Groupware Adapter 02 (sBDoc) site type, the synchronization of the business partner data in the personal contact directory is automatically triggered. You can also trigger this manually as follows in the above transaction:

Choose .

Choose InsertSites.

Select the specific sites.

Choose Complete.

Choose Start Extract.
Result
The newly-created user is synchronized with the personal contact directory. You can monitor the queues of type ISP_D*, which process inbound groupware messages to the groupware adapter, with transaction SMQ2.
