Clearing Exceptions
Invoice exceptions can be cleared from any invoice; however, if this functionality is used, it will clear all exceptions within the invoice. Once an exception is cleared, it becomes inactive and a message is generated within the audit trail.
To clear invoice exceptions:
On the Process Invoices page, search for the invoices that are to have exceptions cleared.
Select the check boxes next to the appropriate invoices.
Click Actions > Clear Exceptions. All exceptions are cleared, and the exception icon turns blue.
If you did not update multiple invoices in a batch, repeat the above steps for each invoice, until all of the exceptions have been updated appropriately.
