Changes to the Run History for Standard Reports

The run history details for all standard reports was hidden after the February 2018 release as part of ongoing security improvements. Clients can still view the run history for a report, just not the run history details.

In previous release notes, the release note indicated that clients would not be able to run active reports anymore from the Standard Reports folder once the run history for standard reports was hidden. Because only the run history details were hidden, not the run history (which required changes to permissions), clients can continue running active reports from the Standard Reports folder even after the run history details were hidden.

WHAT THE USER SEES

When a client clicks the View run history details button in the Actions column on the View run history page, the View run history details page is no longer displayed. Clicking the View run history details button now opens a message indicating the View run history details page is no longer accessible.

Planned Changes

The items in this section are targeted for future releases. Concur reserves the right to postpone implementation of – or completely remove – any enhancement/change mentioned here.

Report Changes: **Planned Changes** Actionable Analytics Updates

A number of changes are planned for the Actionable Analytics alerts. Concur will be enhancing the Actionable Analytics platform to provide additional alerting capabilities in the future. Included in these changes is improving the readability of the emails and formatting them to better align with the other email messages sent out by Concur. A key focus will be making the emails more mobile-friendly and adding support for plain text messages.

PERCENT OF BUDGET

The Percent of Budget alert email will be enhanced to be mobile-friendly and to align with the format used for other Concur email messages.

CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS

The Credit Card Transactions alert email will be enhanced to be mobile-friendly and to align with the format used for other Concur email messages.

The Credit Card Transactions alert will also be split into two separate alerts. One for credit card transactions meeting or exceeding the transaction threshold, and one for credit card transactions associated with specific merchant category codes that are flagged for review.

Having two separate Credit Card Transactions alerts will provide BI Managers with more clarity about why they are receiving the alert, and provide additional flexibility regarding which alerts they want to receive.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE UPDATES

With both the Percent of Budget and Credit Card Transactions alerts there will be no disruption when the alerts are moved to the new platform. Any BI Manager currently receiving these alerts will continue to receive the alerts; the alerts will simply be delivered using the new email format.

For more information about Actionable Analytics, refer to the Analysis/Intelligence: Actionable Analytics User Guide (English Only).

Other Changes: **Planned Changes** Opt Out of In-Product Messaging (United States)

Last year, when in-product messaging was introduced in Europe, the feature included the ability for users to opt out of messaging.

In a future release, Concur will provide customers in the United States the ability to opt out.

Other Changes: **Planned Changes** New Feature for Outdated Data

This new feature will allow clients to control how long Concur stores their data based on who, when and where criteria.

Business Purpose / Client Benefit: This feature gives clients the ability to meet their specific compliance needs regarding data retention.

Other Changes: **Planned Changes** Removing the "Privacy Agreement" Page

For clients who currently display the Privacy Agreement page to users, be aware that on 14 April, 2018, Concur will eliminate that page. That means the privacy agreement will no longer display under any circumstances. In addition, the options to customise the privacy agreement text and to apply policy (for example, to require that a user accept the privacy agreement) will be removed.

In a separate release, Concur will provide a standard privacy statement, which can be accessed via a link in the page footer.

This release note discusses the removal of the Privacy Agreement page and its associated configuration options. Information about the new Concur privacy statement will be provided in future release notes.

The intent of the change is to ensure that all customers see the same unmodified Concur privacy statement.
