Update to the Run History for Standard ReportsThe run history details for all standard reports was hidden after the February 2018 release as part of ongoing security improvements. Clients could still view the run history for a report, just not the run history details.
When the run history details were hidden, clients could not view the run history messages, such as the cause of report failures.
To ensure clients can continue to view the run history messages, with the April release, a new version of the View run history details page will be available.
The new version of the View run history details page is the same as the original version of the page except that the Report section of the page is now removed.
WHAT THE USER SEES
When a client chooses the View run history details button in the Actions column on the View run history page, the new version of the View run history details page is now displayed.

REPORTS NOT YET LOCALISED
The Analysis – Standard Reports folder for Analysis customers and the Intelligence – Standard Reports folder for Intelligence customers are not yet available in Bulgarian, Croatian, Danish, Finnish, French Canadian, Hungarian, Norwegian, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Slovak and Turkish. Concur is targeting to complete the localisation of these reports in future releases.
Until these reports are localised, these reports will continue to display in US English.
HOSTED CONSOLE SETTING
In a future release, Bulgarian, Croatian, Danish, Finnish, French Canadian, Hungarian, Norwegian, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Slovak and Turkish will be available for selection in the Concur hosted console. Concur can enable this setting for your company when the additional languages are available.
BEST PRACTICE

- In Cognos, select the Use the default language option for both the Product language and Content language settings in the Set preferences dialogue box (My Preferences).
- In Concur, select one of the languages currently enabled for the entity in HMC from the Default Language list on the System Settings page (Profile > Profile Settings > System Settings).
COGNOS SETTING

Additional information will be available in a later version of these release notes.
For more information about language settings in Cognos, refer to the Localisation for Analysis/Intelligence fact sheet.
Report Changes: **Planned Changes** Actionable Analytics UpdatesA number of changes are planned for the Actionable Analytics alerts. Concur will be enhancing the Actionable Analytics platform to provide additional alerting capabilities in the future. Included in these changes is improving the readability of the emails and formatting them to better align with the other email messages sent out by Concur. A key focus will be making the emails more mobile-friendly and adding support for plain text messages.
PERCENT OF BUDGET
The Percent of Budget alert email will be enhanced to be mobile-friendly and to align with the format used for other Concur email messages.
CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
The Credit Card Transactions alert email will be enhanced to be mobile-friendly and to align with the format used for other Concur email messages.
The Credit Card Transactions alert will also be split into two separate alerts. One for credit card transactions meeting or exceeding the transaction threshold, and one for credit card transactions associated with specific merchant category codes that are flagged for review.
Having two separate Credit Card Transactions alerts will provide BI Managers with more clarity about why they are receiving the alert, and provide additional flexibility regarding which alerts they want to receive.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE UPDATES
With both the Percent of Budget and Credit Card Transactions alerts there will be no disruption when the alerts are moved to the new platform. Any BI Manager currently receiving these alerts will continue to receive the alerts; the alerts will simply be delivered using the new email format.
For more information about Actionable Analytics, refer to the Analysis/Intelligence: Actionable Analytics User Guide (English Only).
Other Changes: **Planned Changes** New Feature for Outdated DataThis new feature will allow clients to control how long Concur stores their data based on who, when and where criteria.
Business Purpose / Client Benefit: This feature gives clients the ability to meet their specific compliance needs regarding data retention.
Other Changes: **Planned Changes** Removing the "Privacy Agreement" PageFor customers who currently display the Privacy Agreement page to users, be aware that – targeted for May – SAP Concur will eliminate that page. That means the privacy agreement will no longer display under any circumstances. In addition, the options to customise the privacy agreement text and to apply policy (for example, to require that a user accept the privacy agreement) will be removed.
In a separate release, SAP Concur will provide a standard privacy statement, which can be accessed via a link in the page footer.
Business Purpose / Client Benefit: The intent of the change is to ensure that all customers see the same unmodified SAP Concur privacy statement.
Other Changes: **Planned Changes** New Privacy Statement Planned for May ReleaseIn the release note named **Planned Changes** Removing the "Privacy Agreement" Page, we describe changes that will occur when the current customisable privacy policy is discontinued. We also discuss the new Privacy Statement that SAP Concur will provide as a requirement of being a "processor" of customer data.
The intent is to replace all occurrences of customised or unique policy text – in all SAP Concur products and the mobile app – with the SAP Concur Processor Privacy Statement, which describes our processing activities of customer data.
Be aware that the new text will be available soon, targeted for May.
Business Purpose / Client Benefit: The intent of the change is to ensure that all customers see the same unmodified SAP Concur privacy statement.
