Customizing for PDF Headers and Signatures
For the PDF forms, you must define which role titles and names are to be printed in the header and signature sections of the forms. You define role titles and names for the signature section (for example, the role titles Financial Controller and Accountant, and the names of the financial controller and the accountant who have to sign the forms). You also define role titles and names for the header section (for example, the names of the relevant organizational units and departments).

In the Maintain Role IDs
Customizing activity, you define the required role IDs. The role ID enables you to assign the role title and name to the PDF form.
In the Maintain Header and Signature Texts for Reporting
Customizing activity, you assign a role title and name to each role ID in the relevant company code.
In the Maintain Signatures for PDF-Based Forms
Customizing activity, you assign one or more role IDs to the PDF forms in the relevant company code. You assign the role ID to the required signature ID. The signature ID defines the position of the text (that is, role title and name) on the form.
