Budget Consumption
You use this report to compare this year’s budget (original budget and current budget after adjustments) with the previous year’s budget. It enables you to get a detailed overview of how much has been spent and how much remaining budget is available.
Prerequisites
You have made the required Customizing settings (see Customizing).
The budget entry documents have been posted in the
Budgeting Workbench
(transactionFMBBC
andFMBB
).
Features
The report output displays the following budget amounts for the selected programs and each related subprogram, budget chapter, account group, and commitment item:
Budget entered for the previous year
Current year’s original budget, and current budget after adjustments (for example, transfers)
Total expenditure amount for the current year
Percentage of this year’s current budget that has been consumed
Note that this report performs a similar purpose to the standard report Budget Consumption Report
(transaction FMRP_RW_BUDCON
).
