When you run the budget reports, budget data records for which you are not authorized are deleted from the selected data and are not displayed in the ALV output or PDF. On the report output screen, you can open a message log that provides a list of records that were excluded from the report output due to missing authorization.

You can configure the messages that are displayed in the log in Customizing for Financial Accounting (New) under  Financial Accounting Global Settings (New) Tools Change Message Control .
