Creates a fluent helper object that will fetch a single Demand entity with the provided key field values. To perform execution, call the execute method on the fluent helper object.

Parameters:

delvryServOrg - This field links master project data with the company code and plant.

Constraints: Not nullable, Maximum length: 5

resourceId - Used to uniquely identify a resource.

workPackageID - Plan Item
