Enabling/Disabling Remote Access on WSRP Producers

Prerequisites

  • You are assigned to the portal role that contains the Federated Portal workset. By default this is the System Administration role.

  • The remote WSRP consumer portal is registered with your portal.

This topic describes how to control the access to your SAP NetWeaver producer portal by remote WSRP consumers.

Procedure


  1. In the portal, navigate to Start of the navigation pathSystem Administration Next navigation step Federated Portal Next navigation step  Non-SAP - WSRP Connections Next navigation step  View My WSRP ConsumersEnd of the navigation path.

  2. Select the WSRP connection of the consumer whose access status you want to change.

  3. Choose one of the following:

    • Allow Access : Allows the remote WSRP consumer to access and consume your shared content.

    • Block Access : Prevents the remote WSRP consumer from accessing and consuming your shared content.

    The Status column displays the current status of each remote consumer portal in relation to your portal.
