Display of Components

Use

As well as being able to display the header records for backflushes, you also have the option of selecting according to components and accessing the backflushes of the respective components after the component list is output.

Note Note

The system displays backflushes only from the posting date that you have entered on the selection screen.

The process is the same as the one for selecting header records: you select the components by using particular criteria and the system displays a list of the components that match your criteria.

Activities

  1.   2. In the Selection Criteria and Superior Selection Criteria group frames, make your selection using the application data.

  3. In the Special Indicator group frame, you select using the indicators set in the list. The system does not take the corresponding indicator into account, if you select the Not relevant option.

  4. In the Search by Key Numbers group frame, you select according to material and batch numbers.

  5. Enter a maximum number of components to be selected. If the number of matching components exceeds this limit, a dialog box appears in which you have the option of canceling the selection and, if necessary, of entering further restrictions.

  6. Choose Execute.

  7. If you want to display the header records for the respective components, choose the Backflushes icon .
