Display of Backflush Logs

Use

Using this function, you can access logs for the backflush. The system automatically generates a log for each backflush that is received by the DI system. The system also creates a log each time that a process is executed, that is, if the user has triggered report Processing the Backflushes or if this report has been executed automatically as a background job.

On the selection screen, you can select according to these two types of log.

Prerequisites

You have entered backflushes in the SAP APO system and the DI system has already received them.

Features

  • Selection of logs

  • Display of detailed logs with traffic lights that indicate if errors have occurred

  • Display of log variants

An overview of all selected logs appears in a navigation tree. If you expand the individual logs in the tree, the system displays all messages which were generated for a backflush in a hierarchy. If you click on a log, all messages will be displayed for that particular backflush in the ALV grid below. If material documents have been generated, you can access these by choosing the symbol. The traffic lights indicate which processes could be completed successfully and where errors have occurred.

If you choose the symbol, found in the application toolbar, further information about the navigation in the logs and about the respective layout settings appears.
