Displaying the List of Backflushes in DI System The list groups together all backflushes that match your selection criteria and, as default, sorts them according to sales order and line structure. If the number of matching backflushes exceeds the limit that you have entered in the selection screen, a dialog box appears in which you have the option of terminating the selection and, if necessary, of entering further restrictions.
Depending on which selection mode you have entered, the system displays either the single-level list showing the header records of the backflushes, or the hierarchical two-level list which also shows the components or activities for each backflush. In the single-level list, it is possible to display the corresponding components and activities by using pushbuttons. In the component or activity list, you can access a where-used list; that is, the system displays all header records in which the component or activity occurs. When doing this, the system copies the restrictions from the selection screen.
In the list, the system displays the backflush quantities, all normal application data (plant, user who entered backflush, and so on) and order numbers for the materials. Symbols indicate the type of backflush, that is, whether it is a reversed backflush, a scrap quantity posting or a goods receipt message. Icons also indicate the status of the backflushes, that is, whether synchronous/asynchronous goods movements or the activities have already been posted. The system also displays any variances to the planning data.
