Viewing Message Types

Context

Message Types are generated when you create a service consumer or a service provider. A message type contains a data type that defines the content and the structure of the message. Currently, you can edit or delete a generated message type only using SAP GUI.

Procedure
  1. Access an ABAP package. For information on accessing an ABAP package, see Accessing an ABAP Package.
  2. Expand the Enterprise Services folder.
  3. Expand the Service Consumers folder.
  4. Select a service consumer.
  5. Open the service consumer in the proxy editor.
  6. Expand the service consumer to view message types.
