Show Events Foreign to Shift

Use

As standard, events foreign to the shift (that is, events that did not take place during the shift) are not displayed in the list of aggregated quantities, the list of aggregated activities, or the list of aggregated goods movements in the shift report. However, you can have such events shown in the shift report if you wish.

Procedure

  1. Choose the Set Filter icon.

    The Define Filter Criteria dialog box appears.

  2. Select the entry Foreign Event and choose the Remove Filter Criterion icon. The entry is adopted in the column set .

  3. Choose Adopt and save the layout by clicking the Save Layout icon.

Result

Events foreign to the shift are now also taken into account in the calculation of the aggregated quantities and activities in the aggregated lists.
