Updating Aggregated Meter Reading Data

Use

You use the aggregated data review to check and update data used for reports that show meter readings aggregated for a period.

The SAP Oil & Gas System updates this data automatically, but in the event of a system failure or other problem, it may be that there is a difference between the meter reading history and aggregated data.

Procedure

  1. Choose Start of the navigation path Logistics Next navigation step Sales and distribution Next navigation step Service Station Next navigation step Retailing Next navigation step Bulk material Next navigation step handling Next navigation step Periodic processing Next navigation step Meter readings Next navigation step Aggregated data review. End of the navigation path

The SSR Fuels - Aggregated data regeneration screen appears.

  1. Enter the appropriate selection parameters.

  1. Choose Execute.

A message confirms that aggregated data has been regenerated.
