Dip reading processing
An external system sends dip reading data to the dip readings upload interface of the Oil & Gas system.
The following data can be received for each sequence number or material:

Timestamp
Type of dip reading
Dip reading value
Unit of measure
The system carries out the checks configured for the dip readings upload process.
If the readings are accepted, they are written to the dip reading history.
If readings are rejected, you can correct them and process them later. For more information, see Handling of Dip Reading Errors .
