Features

Price Difference Groups

You can define price groups on the basis of service type, material, competitor locations and location clusters. Within these groups you can define fixed differences. A change to a price can be copied to other prices within the group to generate new price proposals. These price proposals reflect any differences that have been defined. You can change price proposals manually.

If the price of a reference material defined for a material difference group is modified, any dependent material prices will be re-calculated using the material differences rates. If a dependent material price is modified and the difference does not match the difference rate, a message appears, asking the user to confirm the change.

For more information about price difference groups, see Pricing Master Data .

Margin Procedures

The system uses the business type and margin procedure assignment in the business location master record to determine margin procedures for each business location and business type combination.

Screen Layout

The two-dimensional price maintenance screen has a flexible matrix layout. For example, by assigning the appropriate condition type to a list variant, you can define screen with materials as the columns and business locations as the rows.
