Handling of Meter Reading Errors
Purpose
SSR allows you to process those meter readings that have been rejected because they have failed the defined plausibility checks.
Process Flow
After applying predefined plausibility checks to uploaded meter reading data, the system rejects some readings.
You display errors. For more information, see Displaying and Processing Meter Reading Errors .
You can:
Release rejected readings for processing
Reprocess rejected readings. For more information, see Meter Error Reprocessing .
Delete rejected readings
The system updates the status of the rejected readings.
The system updates the:
Meter reading history
Aggregated meter reading data
