Interpretation of Results Rows
In the results rows for a query, the basic results are displayed, not necessarily the totals.
For example, results rows might not include totals in the following cases:
- Conditions are active
SeeConditions.
- Exception aggregations (such as with the first value, minimum, or average) are used
SeeTab Page: Aggregation (in InfoObject maintenance) orSelection/Formula/Cell Properties (in the BEx Query Designer).
- Calculations are made
If you want to keep the totals in the results row, use the functionCalculate Results As... → Summation (or you could also use other aggregation forms).
It is not possible to use the values changed for the display in other calculations.
If you use two structures in the query you can execute calculations for individual cells in these two structures. SeeDefining Exception Cells (in the Query Designer).
