Example: Dragging a Characteristic Value to a Characteristic Using Drag and Drop

Use

You are interested in the sales data of a specific characteristic value. You want to display the sales data for the product group Bag & Outdoor.

Procedure

In the analysis grid, use drag and drop to drag the characteristic Bag & Outdoor to the corresponding characteristic Product Group.

Result

The analysis grid is updated accordingly: Only the sales data for the product group Bag & Outdoor is displayed. As a result of the drag and drop action, the system filters the characteristic Product Group automatically to the characteristic value Bag & Outdoor. This information is displayed in the filter pane.
