Pushbutton Functions, Navigation Pane, and Context Menu
Use
Using the pushbuttons available in BEx Web Analyzer, you can quickly navigate to important functions, where you can analyze your business data. You can also use the navigation pane and context menu to access a variety of analysis functions.
Prerequisites
To perform an analysis based on a data provider from an external system, you first need to create the external system in the portal system landscape.
External systems can be connected using JDBC. The data from the external systems is available as external InfoProviders.
External systems are only visible in BEx Web Analyzer when the BW Directory Provider property is activated for the system object in the system landscape.
