Navigating in Maps
Use
Once you have included a map in your Web application using BEx Web Application Designer, you can analyze your business data geographically. The context menu for the map contains a number of navigation options and interactive options for other items in your Web application. These all help to simplify your geographical analysis.
Prerequisites
You have created a Web application containing a map In BEx Web Application Designer.
Features
The context menu for maps contains all the standard menu options (see Context Menu Functions ). The following two functions are different to the functions in the standard menu however and offer special functions for use with maps:

Change Drilldown (as well as the context menu options below it) |
All geo-relevant characteristics of the current query that are not already set as filters or drilldowns. |
Changes the drilldown for the characteristic clicked in the map in accordance with the menu option chosen. |

All geo-relevant characteristics of the current query that are not already set as filters or drilldowns. |
Sets a filter for the characteristic clicked in the map in accordance with the menu option chosen. |
Activities
You call all navigation functions in the context menu. You open this menu by selecting the map with the right mouse button.
