Initiate IAS/IPS Integration

Context

Follow these steps to establish the foundational connection between user’s SAP Fieldglass tenant and SAP IAS/IPS, creating trust, provisioning configurations, and preparing system integrations

Procedure

Log in as Configuration Manager.
On the Self-Service Dashboard, choose the IAS/IPS tile.
The initiation screen appears.

Note

If you encounter an error on this page, it indicates that the company is not authorized to configure IAS/IPS integration. Contact Product Support for assistance.
Enter the S-User ID, Password, and IAS URL of the tenant to integrate.
Choose Configure.

Note

The automated provisioning takes 30–45 minutes to complete. You will receive an email notification once the initiation is complete. If you don't receive this notification, contact Product Support for assistance.

After automated provisioning is complete, Activate button is enabled.
Review and accept the End User Acknowledgement to continue with the IAS/IPS configuration.
