The IAS/IPS tile in the Self‑Service Dashboard provides a streamlined, automated approach for integrating SAP Fieldglass with SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS & IPS).
IAS/IPS eliminates the need for manual configuration steps traditionally required to establish trust, exchange metadata, and prepare provisioning connections. Instead, you can initiate and activate IAS/IPS integration directly within SAP Fieldglass to ensure system‑level accuracy and security.
Once activated, IAS becomes the default Identity Provider, redirecting all SSO and password-based authentication traffic through SAP Cloud Identity Services and, where applicable, through a corporate Identity Provider (IdP) such as Azure AD or Okta.
