Profiles

Use

In profiles, you define the structure and appearance of the individual object lists.

Note Note

As a default setting, profiles are no longer used.

For more information, see Individual Object List .

End of the note.

Features

You can make the following settings in the profile:

  • Displayed fields

In a subprofile, you can define which fields are displayed when you call up the list.

  • Formatting settings

You can specify which fields are displayed, define column width, influence field grouping and define whether values should be shown as percentages.

  • Sort criteria

In a subprofile you can define how the fields should be sorted, when you call up the list.

  • Grouping criteria

In a subprofile you can define how the fields should be grouped, when you call up the list.

  • User filter

With a report variant you can save filter criteria for the objects. The individual object list is then automatically filtered according to these criteria when you call it up.

  • Status filters

You can filter objects that have a status (order header, operation/phase, component) via a selection profile .
