Displaying and Changing Competitor Prices in the Sales Price Calculation Function

Use

This procedure describes how you can display and, if necessary, change the competitor prices for each article and organizational level in the maintenance screen for sales price calculations.

Prerequisites

The settings described under Functional Prerequisites for Competitor Prices must be maintained.

The competitor prices must have been created as condition records in the system using the competitor price entry function. See also: Entering Competitor Prices .

Procedure

  1. To display the competitor prices for an article, choose Start of the navigation path Goto Next navigation step Suggested price. End of the navigation path

  2. You go to a detail screen in which the competitor prices are displayed in a table. This detail screen also shows the pricing strategy that is used to determine the suggested price from the competitor prices.

    You can change the data in the fields that are ready for input, such as competitor prices, units of measure, currency and pricing strategy.

  3. Choose Back to return to the pricing table.
