Status of a Price Plan

 

The price plan status describes the processing status of a price plan. In turn, the processing options for a price plan depend on its status. This means, for example, that you cannot change markdown price plans and manual price plans after subsequent processing has been performed for costing data.

Possible status of a price plan

Price plan created online but not yet saved

In Process

Price plan saved, complete change scope

For Release

Price plan in approval procedure

Released

Price plan released for subsequent processing

Resubmit

Approver has reset price plan

Conditions Created

Sales conditions created for price plan

Cancelled

System replaces sales price conditions with old sales price conditions

Flagged for Deletion

Price plan flagged for reorganization

Active

Budgets updated

Partially Active

Promotion price plan active for some organizational levels

Promotion Ended

End date has been reached for a promotion in a promotion price plan

Note Note

You can also change promotion price plans after performing subsequent processing. The following additional statuses can also be assigned to promotion price plans that are being postprocessed.

  • In Process (Temporary)

  • For Release (Temporary)

  • Released (Temporary)

  • Conditions Created (Temporary)

  • Released (Temporary)

The statuses have the same meanings as during the initial planning. Temporary indicates that subsequent processing has already been performed.
