End of the note.
  • You can enter one of your own stores responsible for price-shopping the competition (the entry site). This store has to enter the competitor prices. This store is also displayed as a default in the header data of the price entry lists and can subsequently be changed in the individual price entry lists.

  • You can enter default data for the list items. This includes the currency, the price unit and the validity period. This default data is adopted in the items on the list but can be changed by you as required.

  1. Choose Execute .

  2. An overview screen is displayed in tree format containing the price entry lists generated by the system. Under each price-shopping site, a separate price entry list is displayed containing the articles for which the competitor prices are to be entered.

  3. Select a price entry list by double-clicking on it.

You can change the data in the fields that are ready for input. These include the price-shopping site (the entry site), the currency and the unit of measure.

  1. Print the list for sending to the store that has to price-shop the competition.

  2. Save the competitor price entry list.

When you save, the whole list (that is, all the price entry lists on the screen) are saved under the one document number.

Results

You can send the printouts to the stores that are to price-shop the competition and enter the competitor prices.

If you want to change a particular price entry list (to enter the competitor prices in the system once the store has returned the list to you), you have to select the list by entering the document number under which it was originally saved.
