Creating Sales Conditions for Price Plans If you create sales conditions, the system creates condition records for the price planning that you have carried out in the selected price plans. When you save the conditions, the system behaves according to the settings in the sales price calculation, which is integrated in the
Price Planning Workbench
(PPW).
New sales prices are then sent to the relevant sites using the
POS Interface - Outbound
or the
Assortment List
function.
The price plan has the status
Released
.

You can enter selection criteria to restrict the price plan selection.
You can restrict the selection of promotion price plans by entering a future period for the validity start date.
You can correct price plans that have validity start dates in the past by postdating them.
If you run this report, the system creates an application log for the object WRF_PPW, subobject COND_GEN that lists errors, warnings and success messages. During the execution, the system also issues a log list.

Recommendation
We recommend that you schedule a daily run of the report with the required selection criteria in the background. Schedule the report so that it runs before POS outbound processing, or before the assortment list is created.
