Enhancements to Initial Screen and Overview Screen

To use your own filter attributes on the initial screen and overview screen of Postprocessing Desktop, execute the Customizing activity Define Own Filter Attributes. For more information, see the documentation in the Customizing activity and the field help.

Detail Screen Enhancement

To add your own fields to the order area and object area of the detailed screen in Postprocessing Desktop, the following Customizing activities are available in Customizing for Postprocessing Office and the following Business Add-In (BAdI):

  • Defining Tab Page Display in Order Area

  • Defining Tab Page Display in Object Area

  • BAdI: Add Environment Objects for Detail Screen Editing

For more information, see the documentation in the Customizing activity and the BAdI.

Direct Access to Overview Screen

Various sample function modules are available in the /SAPPO/SAMPLE package in the system. You can use these as templates for your own function modules.

Instead of navigating directly from the standard initial screen from any program to the overview screen of Postprocessing Desktop, you can create and call up your own function module using the template of the sample function module /SAPPO/SAMPLE_SHOW_LIST.

Direct Access to Detail Screen

Instead of navigating from the overview screen from any program to the detail screen of Postprocessing Desktop, you can call up the Application Programming Interface (API) /SAPPO/API_ORDER_DETAIL.
