Working with the Postprocessing Desktop Detail Screen
Use
On the Postprocessing Desktop Detail Screen you can inform yourself about all details that are of interest for processing a specific Postprocessing Order. You can navigate directly to relevant objects and logs as well as to related postprocessing orders.

On the detail screen, you have the following navigation options:

Features
The detail screen is made up of the following screen areas:
Header
The header is directly under the application function bar and provides an overview of the most important data relating to the postprocessing order:

Main object on which the postprocessing order is based

Business process during which the even occurred (such as a mass run)
-
Main notification regarding the cause of the event
-
Status of the postprocessing order ( New, In Process, Completed)

Current processor
Order area
You can find the order area directly under the header. It contains at least the following tab pages with detail information about the postprocessing order.
Order - Filter Attribute
On this tab page, you set your own filter attributes. In the Customizing for Postprocessing Office under Selection Criteria/Filter you need to have executed the Customizing activity Define Own Filter Attributes to do so.
Order Data
On this tab page, you display the processing date, creation date, and the priority of the postprocessing order.
Additional Data
On this tab page, you display the component, the business process ID and the postprocessing order ID.
Administrative Data
On this tab page, you display which user executed the business process that led to the postprocessing order and when. Furthermore, you display which user changed the postprocessing order and when.
Object Area
You can find object area directly under the order area. It contains the most important information about the main and base object as well as information about the objects related to the postprocessing order. You can use the processing methods available in the object area to navigate to the change or display functions.
Log Area
You can find the log area directly under the object area. It contains all messages that relate to the postprocessing order in addition to the main message. If only the main message exists, then it is displayed. By double-clicking on an individual message you receive detailed information, if available.
In the log area, you can display process-specific and message-specific PPO Hints, if these are available. You can also create a fully-specified PPO Hint for a specific message. You always create a new PPO Hint in the logon language.
On the application toolbar for the log, you can use the following functions:
You use Expand Log and Reduce Log to change the size of the log area.
To go directly to the application log for the mass run or the log of the message you have selected, use Mass Run Log or Message Log.
The symbols Critical Message, Error Message, Warning Message, and Success Message reflect the message type. You use the filter function to restrict the messages that you want to display as required.
