Display of Document to Be Signed

Use

You can display the document to be signed before the signing process. This is only possible for TXT files. Depending on the settings in Customizing, it is mandatory, possible, or forbidden to display the content of the document to be signed.

Prerequisites

In Customizing, you can specify whether the document is to be displayed:

• In the Customizing activity Specify Signature Method for Approval Using Simple Signature, you can select the option Possible, Disallowed, or Required for a signature object in the Document field.

• You have the same options in the Customizing activity Define Signature Strategies.
