Verification

Use

With the verification function, you can check whether the document to be signed is still identical to the original document and whether all signatures provided are stored correctly in the system.

Prerequisites

You can specify in Customizing whether a verification check is run for previously executed signatures:

• You can set the Verification indicator for a signature object in the Customizing activity Specify Signature Method for Approval Using Simple Signature.

• You can set the Verification indicator for a signature strategy in the Customizing activity Define Signature Strategies.
