Initial Screen

Specify the following selection criteria on the initial screen:

Here, you select your application.
Signature Object
By selecting the signature object, you can restrict the selection to specific documents.
Signatory
The signatory's user ID
Time of Signature
Here, you can specify the required time period.
Log Class
You can search for logs with the following problems:

User Locked

Incorrect Password

Signature Process Canceled
-
System Error
You can also search for successful signature processes by selecting the appropriate checkbox.
Log Source

Database
Select this option if you want to display the logs that are not archived.

Archive
Select this option if you want to display the archived logs.

Choose Execute Logging.
The overview of selected logs appears.
Display Logs
The overview of selected logs is structured as follows:

Log header data
In the upper screen area, the header data of each log is displayed in a line. This data comprises the message type, date and time, signatory, number of log messages, and description of the signed document. Exactly one log exists for each signature attempt. If you double-click a specific log, the system displays the messages for this log only.

Messages for the selected logs
In the lower screen area, the messages for the selected logs are listed. Here, you can see the result of the signature steps and all relevant signature data.
The messages are flagged according to their type. Each log is flagged according to the most serious message type contained in it.
The following message types are displayed:
