Personal Worklist
Definition
The Personal Worklist is a system-generated worklist. This worklist contains details specific to a user role.
-
Each worklist contains business objects specific to a department. For example, you can call a worklist with incomplete sales orders or a worklist with sales orders that are blocked for delivery.
-
The worklist also contains specific functions. You can use these functions to process respective business objects.
Use
Process Business Objects
Each worklist of a business object provides special functions. You can use a single worklist and complete all the business operations related to this work item. For example, you can change incomplete sales document to update missing pricing data.
Format List
You can represent data from a worklist in several ways, based on the special functions provided by the worklist. You have the option of saving the data in a worklist as an MS Excel file. You can thus use the format option available in MS Excel to sort or filter the data in a worklist.
