This service enables employees to display and print the YEA tax forms by themselves.

Features

In this scenario, the system displays an employee’s YEA tax forms for the selected tax year. The forms are as follows:

  • YEG: payment list of withholding income tax

  • YED: receipt of exempted and deducted income

    • Results before YEA

    • Results after YEA

  • Medical: medical expense receipt

  • Donation: donation expense receipt

    • Results before YEA

    • Results after YEA

  • YEA: payment receipt of withholding income tax

Prerequisites

  • The employee has an SAP user that is directly linked to his or her employee master data in the System user name (0001) subtype of the Communication (0105) infotype.

  • You have defined the settings for YEA tax forms in Customizing for Payroll: South Korea under Start of the navigation path Employee Self-Service Next navigation step Employee Self-Service for Year-End Adjustment Forms End of the navigation path .
