Status Correction

Use

Using the status correction you can change the internal processing status of a call without taking any business dependencies into account. The system makes the change, without considering the call control defined in Customizing.

For example, you can reverse the action OFIN Close Outbound JIT Call for a call if any uncertainties still exist for this call.

Note that the status correction overwrites all processing statuses. Therefore, you should take care when issuing authorization for this function.

Procedure

  1. Choose Start of the navigation path Logistics Next navigation step Logistics Execution Next navigation step JIT Outbound Next navigation step Control data Next navigation step Status Correction. End of the navigation path

This takes you to the screen JIT Outbound: Emergency Correction.

  1. Enter your selection criteria and choose .

The system selects all calls that correspond to the selection criteria. You can simultaneously carry out the status correction for these calls.

  1. Select the calls and choose .

  2. This takes you to a dialog window.

  3. Enter the new internal processing status.

  4. The symbol appears if the calls you selected have different processing statuses.

  5. Deselect the indicators which also have the processing status.

  6. Save your entries.

Result

The system changes the status without considering call control. It does not carry out any actions with the calls.
