What's New in SAP Asset Intelligence Network

The table provides an overview of new and changed features. You can search through the table and filter content by status and category.

Master Data Code Lists Changed If you are the owner of the code list, you can now add reference to the code list.

You can add only one reference. You can delete the existing reference and update a new one.

If the code list is shared with you, then you can only view them and not edit or delete them.

Processes Documents - Work Orders, Operations, and Notifications Changed The Add Document dialog that displays when adding a document to a Work Order, Notification, or Confirmation is enhanced so that the mandatory fields are auto-filled.
Processes Work Orders and Operations Changed

  • If you are the owner of a work order or operation and you have shared it with your business partners, the Shared With and Collaboration Status columns on the work orders and operations list pages, Operations section of the work order object page and Operations section of the Manage Work Orders page display the business partners with whom you have shared the work order or operation and the respective collaboration status.

  • The Shared With and Collaboration Status columns are empty if:

    • The work order or operation is not shared with any business partner.

    • If you share and then unshare the work order or operation.

    • If you are not the owner of the work order or operation.

  • You can now filter, group, and sort the work orders and operations based on the business partners they are shared with and their collaboration status using the Shared With and Collaboration Status filters.

  • You can view the list of confirmations for all the operations associated with a particular work order using the Confirmations section of the work order object page.
